Ingredients:  
One prime rib roast. Approximately. 8 -10 lbs.
5 cloves of whole garlic (peeled)
1/2 cup grey poupon mustard
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast on open roasting pan. Insert five knife cuts into the roast approximately. 3 inches deep. Push garlic into cuts with fingers. Spread mustard over whole roast quite heavily. Salt and pepper the outside of roast and place in oven. Bake at 350º. You will need approximately. 15 to 20 mins per pound or according to you taste.
After roast is done, remove roast and let sit for a few minutes while making the gravy.

Mustard crusts the outside of the roast and adds a great flavor. Warning ... you must be a garlic lover!
