2 eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups chopped apples

Directions:
Mix all together at once. Makes 3 layers or a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Frost with creamy white frosting mix.
