cookie base
1 pouch Berry Crocker peanut butter coolie mix
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tbsp water
1 egg
filling
1/2 c butter softened
1/2 c creamy peanut butter
2 c powder sugar
2 tsp milk
frosting
1 cu semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 c butter

heat oven to 350 º. spray bottom of 13x9 inch pan with cooking spray.
in a large bowl stir in all cookie base ingredients until soft dough forms. Press dough in bottom of pan. Bake 15 to 18 min. until golden brown. Cool completely, aprox 1 hour.
In a small bowl, beat all filling ingred. with electric mixer on med. speed until smooth. Spread mix. evenly over cookie base.
In microwaveable bowl, microwave all frosing ingred. on high aprox 30 sec; stir until smooth. Cool slightly; spread over filling. Refrigerate until set. Cut and serve©
