1 Can Black Beans, rinse and drained
1 Cup Salsa
2 Cups Chicken Broth or Water

Optional Toppings:

Chopped Cilantro
Sour Cream
Shredded Cheese
Jalapeņos

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, combine beans and salsa. Cook on medium for 5-10 minutes, stirring several times. Add broth and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 10-20 minutes.

Use a masher or hand blender and mash some of the beans. Leaving some whole.

This recipe is so easy to make. Have it with tacos, or by itself as a lunch. Top it with chopped cilantro, shredded cheese and sour cream or anything else that sounds good.
