Bake as many potatoes as needed
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 teaspoon soy sauce

Directions:
1- Bake as many potatoes as needed. Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out white flesh, leaving 1/4 inch shell.
2- For every six potatoes (12 halves), melt 1/4 cup of butter or margarine and add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
3- Brush on all surfaces of potato. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 500º F for 12 minutes or
until crisp. Potato skins can be covered with a cheese sauce, a dip or whatever is desired...
