2 14 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained 1 can water chestnuts, drained 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese 1 1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Addl 1/2 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
Drain artichoke hearts and water chestnuts. Chop into small pieces. Mix all ingredients with fork until well blended. Put in baking dish, top with additional Parmesan cheese, bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
