1 10 oz pkg frozen cauliflower
1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli
1 8 oz can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1 4 oz can drained mushroom stems & pieces
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Velvetta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp milk
1 can Durkee fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place frozen vegetables in strainer and pour boiling water over them until separated into individual pieces. Chop cauliflower and broccoli into smaller pieces. Combine with water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion, cheese, cream of mushroom soup and milk. Place in 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Bake in 350º oven for 30-45 minutes. Top with fried onions and bake for 5 minutes more.
