1 cube of butter
1 pkg. grated sharp cheddar cheese
½ pkg. gruyere cheese, grated
1 ¼ c. all purpose flour
3 pinches cayenne
2 pinches dry Coleman’s mustard
½ tsp. salt
poppy seeds
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients (except seeds) together in a Cuisinart until they form a ball. Then divide dough into four batches and roll into “snakes” of desired thickness (1 inch). Roll two “snakes” in poppy seeds, the other two “snakes” in sesame seeds. Roll each “snake” in saran wrap, then refrigerate until cold. Slice into ¼” pieces, place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

These are unbelievable – a perfect addition on our coffee table with before-dinner wine!
