4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water

Directions:
Combine yellow cake and lemon pudding mixes with eggs, oil and water. Mix well, 2-3 minutes with mixer. Turn into greased bundt pan. Bake at 325º F for 40-50 minutes OR until cake springs back when lightly touched.

While warm, pierce surface of cake with ice pick all the way to the bottom. Pour 1/2 lemon icing over bottom while in pan, wait 30 minutes and pour rest of icing over top when cake is on a plate. Be sure to get the sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Garnish with flowers, tiki umbrellas (to go with the Mai Tai's at The Beach Club) or anything else that fits the occasion!
