1 lb Butter or Margarine
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
1/3 C. Cocoa Powder
6 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 320º F.

Mix the butter, sugar and vanilla together until it is light yellow in color. Then add the eggs one at a time mixing well. Stir in the flour and cocoa powder until combined.

Place rounded teaspoons of dough on a baking sheet making sure you leave enough space between the cookies to expand in the oven. Alternatively you can roll out the dough and use a cookie cutter to make regularly sized cookies

Bake them for about 15 minutes.
