2 lb. round steak cut 3/8 thick
mustard w/horseradish
1/2 med. onion
salt/pepper
sliced dill pickle
bacon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut round steak into 3" wide strips, spread one side with mustard containing horseradish. Lay bacon strips lengthwise on round steak.

2. Lay several pieces of sliced pickles and onion on bacon strips, salt and pepper, then roll round steak strips into a roll folding roll together with toothpicks.

3. Brown and then add water to cover meat. Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

4. Thicken gravy with corn starch and serve.
