1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. powder sugar
1 1/2 c.. Cool Whip, thawed
2 pkg. (3 oz.) any flavor instant pudding
3 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together butter, flour and nuts. Bake @350 for 5-10 minutes. Cool.

2. Cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese. Add Cool Whip, Mix together and place on top of baked layer.

3. Combine pudding and milk. Place on top of cream cheese mixture and tip off with Cool Whip.
