4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 stick butter (melted), 2/3 c. seasoned bread crumbs, 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Dip chicken in butter. Mix together crumbs, cheese, a pinch of garlic powder, salt and pepper. Roll chicken in crumb cheese mixture. place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 55 minutes. Serve over bed of rice.
