1 1/2 lb. hamburg, 1 medium onion, 3 c. beef broth, 3 c. instant rice, 1 small can diced tomatoes, 1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers (hot), 1 small can tomato, 1 tsp. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburg and onion. Drain grease. Add beef broth, tomato sauce and spices. Bring to a boil. Add rice, stir. Turn off heat. Add tomatoes and stir. Cover and let sit until all liquids are absorbed.
