1 1/4 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 garlic cloves
3/4 c. rice
1 15oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 can water
salt and pepper to taste
spoonful brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion and garlic cloves together. Add rice, tomatoes, water, salt, pepper and brown sugar to ground beef mixture. Cover and cook 20-25 minutes until rice is tender.
