3 lbs. cabbage, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1/4 c. diced pimento
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 T. salt
3 T. prepared mustard
2 t. celery seed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chopped cabbage, onion, bell peppers and diced pimento. Set aside. Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, mustard and celery seed. Pour into saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over cabbage mixture. Mix well and store in airtight container in refrigerator. May be kept for two or three weeks. Recipe can easily be divided for smaller amount.
