1 c. rice (short grain)
1 can coconut milk
1 can Coco Lopez (corn syrup)
1/2 to 1 c. Br. Sugar
Cinnamon stick
Ginger
1/4 lb Butter
Raisin

Directions:
Directions:
Night or 2/3 hours before cooking rice, boil the cinnamon sticks & ginger in about 2 c. of water. Add the rice and let it soak. In med heat pour the coconut milk, Coco Lopez, and butter, stir occasionally. When the rice is almost done (soft) add the sugar and raisins make sure you are constantly stirring it. Let it dry a little and serve in a big pan or individual cups.
