4 lbs. boneless country style ribs 1 20oz. can pineapple tidbits (not drained) 2 8oz. cans tomato sauce 1/2 c. thin sliced onions 1/2 c. thin sliced green peppers 2 tbsp. worchester sauce 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. tomato paste 1 minced garlic clove salt and pepper to taste
Place ribs in an ungreased slow cooker. In a bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour over ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Thicken sauce if desired.
