1/3 cup margarine
4 1/2 cup sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) and 1 (6 oz.) pkg chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
nuts, as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Heat first 3 ingredients, bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until mixture starts to thicken and get creamy, like whipped topping. Then pour into a 9 x 13 inch buttered cake pan and cool.
