4 cups water
4 small potatoes, peeled and diced
3 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
1 1/2 to 2 bunches of fresh broccoli, cut up in small pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the water, potatoes, bouillon, onion and celery together for 10-15 minutes. Add the broccoli and simmer until tender. Add the soup and velveeta. Heat thoroughly and add pepper to taste.

Shelby's favorite soup. She also likes to make this without the potatoes and add a little cornstarch to thicken at the end.
