8 oz Small Elbow Macaroni
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup green or red pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon prepared mustard (optional)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
3/4 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water to cool.

In large bowl combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper.

Add cooked pasta, celery, green pepper and onion; toss to coat.

Cover; chill to blend flavors.

TUNA MACARONI SALAD:
Prepare as recipe directs. Add 1 can (6 oz) tuna, drained and flaked, with cooked elbows.

SHRIMP MACARONI SALAD:
Prepare as recipe directs. Add 1/2 pound cooked, cleaned small shrimp with cooked elbows.
