1/2 cup margarine 1 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg 3/4 tsp. salt 1 cup sour milk 1 tsp. vanilla 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. baking powder 2 cups chopped rhubarb Topping: 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tsp. cinamon
Cream margarine and brown sugar, add egg and beat. Sift together all dry ingredients Add dry ingredients and sour milk alternately to creamed mixture Put into lined muffin baking pan and top with topping Bake @ 350º - 25 minutes
