2 medium size bunch of broccoli
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 lb bacon fried crisp & crumbled

dressing:
1 cup Helmansİ mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
4 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut broccoli in small bite-sized pieces. Rinse and strain. Toss broccoli and cheese in a large bowl then refrigerate. Whisk mayo, sugar and vinegar in a separate bowl then refrigerate. Fry bacon until crisp and absorb as much of the excess grease from the bacon and let cool. Crumble bacon into 1/2" pieces, put into a small dish and set aside.

Add dressing and bacon shortly before serving and then the bacon.
