1 1/2 Lbs ground chuck
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 26-oz jar meat-flavored spaghetti sauce
3 1/4 cups water
1 15-oz can peeled, chopped tomatoes
2 14-oz cans light red kidney beans
3 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown ground chuck, drain off excess fat. Transfer meat to a 6-quart stockpot; add onions and peppers. Saute for 15 minutes. Add meat-flavored spaghetti sauce, water and tomatoes.

Cook over medium heat for one hour, Add beans, chili powder, cumin, salt and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
