3 lbs. beef pot roast
1 med. onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1 T. salt
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 bay leaves

Trim meat, cut in chunks. Add meat and other ingredients to Crockpot. Cook on high for 2hrs. Cook on low all day or overnight. Break meat apart with spoon. Serve on buns.
