1 bunch broccoli florets (chopped)
1 medium red onion
1 lb. bacon
grated cheddar cheese

For dressing:
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon to a crisp. Chop onion. In a bowl mix crumbled bacon, onion. broccoli, and cheese. Mix ingredients for dressing together, pour over salad and stir together. Chill.
