1 box frozen chopped spinach

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 tbsp. grated onion

¾ C grated cheddar cheese

1 beaten egg

1 cup stuffing mix
(I use Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned)

Directions:

1. Defrost and drain spinach
2. Melt the butter
3. Mix all ingredients together
4. Sprinkle some stuffing on the top
5. Bake (uncovered) for 30 – 40 min. in a 350 degree oven.
