1 40 oz can of Sweet Potatoes or Yams in lite syrup
1/2 C. Butter (melted)
1/2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 C. Milk
1 tsp Vanilla

Topping:
1 C. Brown Sugar
1/3 C. Flour
1/3 C. Butter (at room temperature not melted)
1 C. Finely Chopped Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Drain and discard liquid from Sweet Potatoes. Add Sweet Potatoes to Mixing bowl and mash until they are bite size pieces. Mix in Sugar, Eggs, 1/2 Cup melted Butter, Milk and Vanilla. Transfer to a 2-quart casserole dish. In a clean mixing bowl combine Brown Sugar, Flour, 1/3 Cup Butter and Pecans. You should have a crumb consistency. If it is still too moist add more flour a tablespoon at a time. Sprinkle topping over casserole.

Baking:
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. The topping will be slightly brown and a toothpick inserted will come out clean.
