2 C. Light Cream
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/4 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 C. Pumpkin Puree
2 tsp. Pumpkin Pie spice
Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs to a light yellow consistency (2 minutes). Slowly add sugar to the eggs and beat for one more minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Place mix in refrigerator for three hours.

Place in ice cream maker and set on high for 35 minutes for soft-serve. Place in a freezer container and freeze for 12 hours until firm.
