2 lbs. lean beef, ground
1 tsp. salt
pepper
1 small onion, minced
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. herb-flavored bread stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9x5x3 loaf pan. Combine beef, salt, pepper, onion and milk. Mix thoroughly. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package. Fill pan with three layers of meat and two layers of stuffing, beginning and ending with meat. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Serve hot or cold. Garnish with squash and add tomato salad and serve tapioca for dessert.
