1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 cup flour
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
GLAZE
3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350º. In medium bowl, mix 1/2 cup brown sugar and the butter with spoon. Stir in 1 cup flour. Press in bottom of 13 x 9 pan. This layer will be thin. Bake 10 minutes
In medium bowl, mix eggs, 1 cup brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in 2 tbsp. flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in semisweet and milk chocolate chips. Spread over crust. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until gooden brown. Cool completely.
GLAZE. Melt together chips and oil in microwave. Put into small plastic bag. Clip off corner & drizzle over bars.
