3/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp water
1 tsp salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp pepper
1 (17 oz) can English peas, drained
1 (12 oz) can shoepeg corn, drained
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine vinegar, sugar, water, salt, and pepper and bring to a boil; boil for one minute. Let cool. Combine remaining ingredients and toss lightly. Pour marinade over veggie mixture and stir gently. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
