6 strips bacon
1 lb. hamburger, browned
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onions-saute
1 qt. tomatoes, cooked
1 beef stock
1 can cream of potato soup
9 oz. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. pepper

Fry bacon until crisp & drain (or use bacon bits). Mix ingredients together and cook 45 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese
