2 cups hams, cubed
4 cups potatoes, cubed
2 cups water
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp butter
1 (10 3/4 oz) can chicken broth
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ham into small bite-size pieces and set aside. Place potatoes and water in saucepan and cook covered 15-20 minutes or until done. In skillet, saute onion in butter. Combine onion, ham, chicken broth and milk with potatoes. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until thickened.
