6-8 pork chops (I prefer boneless)
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup ketchup
1 cup water
3 Tbsp brown sugar
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
optional: chopped or sliced green or red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chops in a 9x13 baking dish. Spread onion rings (and pepper if desired) on top. Season as desired. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well; pour over chops. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for one hour; uncover and bake 20 minutes. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
