1 12 oz bag fresh cranberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2-1/4 tsp finely grated orange peel
1/2 tsp coarse kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground allspice
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg

1-1/2 tsp grated peeled fresh ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Bring all ingredients except ginger to boil in medium saucepan, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until most of the cranberries burst, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes. Transfer serving bowl; cool to room temperature. Stir in fresh ginger. Cover and store up to 1 week in refrigerator. Makes 2 cups.
