1 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
1 envelope brown gravy mix
2 T. Worchestershire Sauce
1-2 tsp. chili powder
2 green peppers, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. onion salt
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef until crumbly; pour off fat. Stir in water, gravy mix, Worchestershire Sauce and chili powder. Heat to simmering; stir in green peppers. Combine eggs, milk, and onion salt in mixing bowl. Add biscuit mix, cornmeal, corn and cheese. Stir until smooth. Pour half of batter into well greased 11x7 pan, spreading to cover bottom. Top with meat mixture and remaining batter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 375º for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and firm to touch.
