1 lb. baby carrots
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. butter
2 T. Grand Marnier
salt/pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in large skillet, covered with a small amount of
water over medium high heat. Check tenderness with a fork
after 4-5 minutes. Drain.

Add butter and cream to the pan. Heat slowly and stir until the
liquid has reduced by one half. Stir in Grand Marnier and
salt/pepper to taste. Add carrots and heat through. Serve
