19 oz. black bean soup or lentil soup
15 oz. kidney beans, rinse and drain
15 oz. garbanzo beans, rinse and drain
16 oz. vegetarian baked beans
14 oz. chopped tomatoes in puree
15 oz. frozen or canned corn, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 T. chili powder
1 T. dried parsley
1 T. oregano
1 T. basil

Put all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for two hours. Serve over Frito chips and top with cheddar cheese.
