Marinate brisket over night in 1/2 bottle Soy Sauce & sprinkle garlic salt & celery salt over brisket. Wrap marinaterd brisket in double foil.
Bake 3-4 hours at 325º . Cool- slice and place slices in baking dish. Make sauce: 4 TBSP brown sugar 4 TBSP vinegar 4 TBSP worcenshire sauce 1TBSP liquid smoke Simmer and place over sliced meat. Heat in oven-- serve
