1 can French style green beans
1 can Le Souer peas
1 can white peg corn
1 small jar pimentos
1/3 c. chopped red onion
2 chopped celery stalks
1/2 small green pepper, diced

3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 T. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Drain all veggies before mixing in a bowl. Boil dressing till sugar
dissolves, then cool. Pour over veggies. Refrigerate for several
hours. Drain & serve.
