1lb Your favorite crab meat
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp Old Bay seasoning
14 Saltine crackers
1 egg
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Egg, mayo, mustard and spices together. Add crumbled crackers and crab meat. Mix well and form into cakes. Saute in butter for 3 1/2 min. per side. For appetizer, roll into 1 inch balls and bake for 10 min. @ 350. To blacken on the grill, dust w/ Cajun seasoning and place on grill that has been covered in foil w/ a little butter added.
