Stroganoff Meatballs Recipe

- 2 lbs - ground beef
- 1 cup - bread crumbs
- 1 cup - water
- 2 tsp - salt
- 1/2 tsp - pepper

- 2 cups - water
- 1 - onion - finely chopped
- 1/4 cup - instant beef in a mug
- 1 tsp - salt
- 1/4 tsp - pepper
- 2 tsp - parsley
- 4 tbsp - cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water to make a slurry
- 1 can - sliced mushrooms
- 2 cups - sour cream

Preheat oven 425 F then reduce heat to 350 F

- mix meatball ingredients together
- form into small balls, bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes at 425
- reduce oven temp
- place meatballs in a casserole dish
- place water, onion, beef in a mug, salt, pepper, parsley, cornstarch slurry in a saucepan
- bring to a boil
- add the mushrooms, sour cream
- pour sauce over meatballs
- bake for 25 - 30 minutes
- serve with pasta or potatoes
