1 can Rotel tomatoes (as hot as you like)
1 small block Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a medium sauce pan. Heat, stirring constantly, over medium heat until cheese melts. Serve as a dip with corn nacho chips. Add browned crumbled ground beef or a can of Bunker Hill chili if desired. Great served with Easy Nachos.
