1 cup honey
1/2 cup melted butter or almond oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F. Cream together the honey with the butter or oil. Add eggs Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Pour batter into a oiled 9-inch cake pan. Bake for 35 min.
