1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 c.flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3 T. milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs and banana pulp and beat well.

Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients, milk and vanilla to the banana mixture. Mix well and stir in nuts and cranberries.

Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan (9x5x3 inches). Bake at 350ºF for about 1 hour, or till toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let sit in pan 10 minutes then turn out onto baking rack to cool completely. Wrap tightly and store overnight at room temperature before cutting.
