2 lbs. sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 T. butter
3 T. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes - do not peel. Heat a large pot of salted water to boiling. Add potatoes and cover. Cook 30 - 35 minutes until tender. Drain. Remove skins.

Mix brown sugar, butter, water and salt in a skillet. Cook over medium heat - stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly. Slice sweet potatoes into the mixture and stir gently until heated through.
