Ingredients:  
1 can French style green beans
1 can Le Souer peas
1 can white peg corn
1 jar pimentos (small)
1/3 c. red onion (chopped)
2 celery stalks (chopped)
1/2 green pepper, diced

DRESSING
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. oil
1 T. water
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain all vegetables before mixing in a bowl. Boil dressing until sugar dissolves, then cool. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate for several hours. Drain & serve chilled.
