1 pkg. Knorr dry leek soup mix
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. spinach; frozen, thawed, drained, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 oz. water chestnuts, drained and finely diced

pumpernickel or rye round bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except bread. Chill overnight or several hours. Hollow out round bread loaf and use as bowl for the spinach dip. Cube hollowed out bread pieces and use as dippers. Can also be served with bread sticks, pretzels or veggies.
