2 pound zucchini peeled & chopped up
1/4 cup onion diced
1 cup celery
Simmer above in water until tender - drain

1 cup shredded carrots
3 ounce carton sour cream
1 stick oleo
8 ounce pkg. shredded mozarella cheese
1 can cream chicken soup
Mix 5 above ingredients together

1 box stove top dressing- make according to box directions

Put all together with zucchini in greased casserole

Bake 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
